About Our Adventure
My dad and I have traveled to 26 baseball stadiums over the course of the last 10 years. The adventure started in 2003 when on a family visit in Phoenix, AZ my dad and I visited Bank One Ballpark (now Chase Field). The stadium was brand new, and we loved the design and all of the amenities that were provided. Bank One Ballpark was miles ahead of the now defunct Qualcomm Stadium, and we were intrigued into seeing what all of the other cities had to offer. Since we both loved baseball, we figured that this would provide an excellent opportunity to see every team and every stadium. Additionally, it provided some good Father/Son time as we traveled through different parts of America.
At first we traveled to the other local California stadiums, and then we began branching out to East Coast stadiums while vacationing in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. With all of the major stadium clusters out of the way, we eventually began 3 day weekend trips to see 2 stadiums in close cities (St. Louis and Kansas City, or both Chicago stadiums). With only five stadiums left, we are planning a couple of trips in the coming years to finish our wonderful adventure. Incidentally, there have been new stadiums built during the course of our adventure. For instance, we visited old Yankee Stadium in its final year, and now with the new stadium built, we plan on travelling back to revisit.

About Me
I love traveling the country and visiting the various baseball stadiums. Baseball was a passion of mine. I enjoyed watching the games and playing with friends. I played in little league, and proudly won the 2007 little league championship of Scripps Ranch (a small accomplishment). While I don't have a specific favorite baseball team, as a San Diego resident, I do feel obligated to root for the Padres.
As a self-described nerd, I enjoy analyzing the complexities of stadium design. I am fascinated by choices that stadium builders make, and the uniqueness of each and every stadium. I think stadiums are much more than physical structures and a grass field where the game's action happens - I consider stadiums to be the entire setting for the complete baseball experience. In my opinion, the stadium experience encompasses everything from the parking to the quality of food.
When I am not visiting baseball stadiums around the country, I am an Engineering Physics student at the University of California, San Diego. I also work part-time at Symitar as a website builder where I work on internal and client facing SharePoint websites. I enjoy all things computer, internet, and technology. You can contact me at [email protected].
